The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Visits involve technical data such as IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information to deliver content and protect against abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website.

The contact form sends Devion your email address, message and name if supplied. We use them to reply and discuss possible work. Email and message are necessary to process your enquiry; your name is optional.

Service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not use these details for newsletters or advertising. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Your message passes through Cloudflare and Resend to Devion’s Gmail inbox. These providers process the message and delivery data; the form itself does not store messages in a separate database. Processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. Provider policies explain their processing and international transfers.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check requests before sending. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals, including IP address and connection information, to distinguish visitors from automated requests. Our server verifies the result before sending your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse.

This check requires JavaScript. We use it for security, not analytics or advertising. Turnstile pre-clearance cookies are not enabled. Cloudflare also processes security signals to improve bot detection, as explained in its privacy notice.

We have not added analytics or marketing cookies or tracking pixels to this website. Depending on the security features activated, Cloudflare may set technical cookies to protect the website. Their purpose and duration are described in Cloudflare’s documentation.

Cloudflare processes technical information for hosting, delivery and security. Its global infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area; its privacy policy explains international transfers and safeguards.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and complete the enquiry. Longer retention may be necessary for a contractual relationship, legal obligations or legal claims. Technical log retention depends on security and service needs and the provider’s policies.

Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request using the contact details above.

You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent supervisory authority. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
